Cancellazione dell'account e dei dati

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento la cancellazione del tuo account Fantachef e di tutti i dati collegati, anche se ti sei registrato con Facebook, Google o Apple.

Dall'app (immediato)

Apri Fantachef e vai nel tuo Profilo.
In fondo alla pagina tocca "Elimina account" e conferma.
L'account e tutti i dati collegati vengono cancellati subito e per sempre.

Via email (se non riesci ad accedere)

Scrivi a support@fantachefapp.com con oggetto "Cancellazione account".
Invia l'email dall'indirizzo associato al tuo account, oppure indica con quale servizio accedi (Google, Apple, Facebook o email) e il nome che vedi nell'app.
Ti confermeremo la cancellazione entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.

Cosa viene cancellato

Il tuo account e i dati del profilo (nome, email, foto, genere, data di nascita).
I dati di gioco: partecipazione alle leghe, brigate, nomi delle brigate, risposte ai quiz e punteggi.
Gli identificativi per le notifiche push e le notifiche ricevute nell'app.

Se hai usato Facebook

Puoi anche rimuovere l'accesso di Fantachef al tuo account Facebook da Impostazioni e privacy → Impostazioni → App e siti web. Questo interrompe la condivisione dei dati con Fantachef; per cancellare i dati già salvati nell'app usa "Elimina account" o la richiesta via email.

Account and data deletion

You can request the deletion of your Fantachef account and all related data at any time, including if you signed up with Facebook, Google or Apple.

From the app (immediate)

Open Fantachef and go to your Profile.
At the bottom of the page tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account and all related data are deleted immediately and permanently.

By email (if you can't sign in)

Write to support@fantachefapp.com with the subject "Account deletion".
Send the email from the address linked to your account, or tell us which service you sign in with (Google, Apple, Facebook or email) and the name shown in the app.
We will confirm the deletion within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile data (name, email, photo, gender, date of birth).
Game data: league memberships, brigades, brigade names, quiz answers and scores.
Push notification identifiers and in-app notifications.

If you used Facebook

You can also remove Fantachef's access to your Facebook account from Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This stops data sharing with Fantachef; to delete data already stored in the app, use "Delete account" or the email request.
